John Macdonald is an accomplished Canadian Artist whose work has been collected and exhibited nationally and internationally for over two decades.

A selection of Galleries include The Forum Gallery, New York and Los Angeles; Gallerie de Bellefeuille, Montreal; Odon Wagner, Toronto; and Douglas Udell Gallery, Vancouver and Edmonton.

His paintings are in numerous collections including the Department of External Affairs, Ottawa; Toronto Dominion Bank, Vancouver and Toronto; Shaw Cable, Calgary; The Bentall Centre, Vancouver; The Grand Pacific Hotel, Victoria; Price Waterhouse, BC; and The Hyatt Regency, Calgary.

Originally from Prince George BC, Macdonald graduated with honours and merit awards in 1987 from Emily Carr College of Art and Design.

He currently lives and works on Salt Spring Island, BC.
